Eating to Build Muscle ? All You Need to Know

It has lately been more accepted by people that eating to build muscle is the way to go. When we start out on our muscle building journey, the only thing most of us know on how to build muscle mass, is to go to the gym and train your butt off.

But if we take that approach, we will soon realize that something is missing and the results we were hoping for will not be visible. That is where the memtioned approach is introduced and results will be fighting each other to be the first one visible on your body.

Guideline

Before we go into the actual list, there are some guidelines you will have to follow for optimal results. They go hand in hand with the actual nutrition itself.

You need to have a Good breakfast. What this means is that it should include a good amount of proteins as well as carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are important in the morning in your muscle building plan. That is because we want to start our days out with a good amount of energy and having the right carbohydrate can help you tremendously with that.

The carbohydrate in our breakfast that we want is the so called complex carbohydrates. Simply put, they have a longer time span in your body and thereby giving you energy for a longer period of time.

The other kind of carbohydrate we want are referred to as Simple carbohydrates. These carbohydrates should be in your muscle building plan right after you have been working out, so that you can receive energy as fast as possible, together with a good amount of proteins.

Eating for muscle building also requires a great amount of protein. You need about 1.5 pounds of protein per body weight. That is because; proteins are your muscle preferred source for muscle building.

We also want healthy fat if we want to build muscle. Not only does the healthy fat boost your testosterone level, but it also gives you?re your body fat for eating to build muscle, so that it won?t have to store any of the fat as excessive fat.

The following eating to build muscle list can be mixed in a way that you feel is the right way for you. But they are all great for eating to build muscle.

- Chicken- Fish- Red Meat- Mixed Nuts- Quinoa- Cottage Cheese- Yoghurt- Steak- Protein Shake- Beans- Salmon- Spinach- Tofu- Tuna

Eating to build muscle will give you results like never before. But it requires that you stick to a nutrition plan, not necessarily eating the same things every day, but rather in a way that keeps a variety going.
