Actress Jordana Brewster was left red faced after she was cited for driving through a red light in Los Angeles.
The sexy star, who passed her driving test specifically to shoot driving sequences in new movie Fast Five, admits she landed herself in hot water with California cops after she was photographed in a series of snaps running a red light.
She says, "I'm a better driver than I used to be. (But) I got a ticket recently. My husband was not too happy because it was just a silly ticket to get. It was just embarrassing.
"They catch you in L.A. They have the cameras on the red light."
But Brewster made light of the traffic offence during an appearance on car-mad TV host Jay Leno's late night show on Tuesday - by showing off one of the police photos.
She said, "(Look at me) I'm smiling, I'm just blissful. The thing that's bad is I'm so far back from the crosswalk (in the first photo) and then I was like, 'I'm not stopping I want to get home.'"
