We are currently seeking motivated professionals to join our team.

Supervisor - The Wraparound Supervisor, under the supervision of the Regional Director, oversees and provides training and staff development for a staff of up to 3 Facilitators, 3 Parent Partners and 2 Youth

Partners. Master's Degree in psychology, sociology or other related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience working with adolescents in a behavioral development program

Facilitator - The Facilitator, under the supervision of the Program Director leads the Child and Family team and ensures continuity of care and family-centered practice and acts as a liaison with the

community. Candidate must have a masters' degree in a social services related field.

Parent Partner - Experience in managing the care of an immediate family member or experience as the caregiver for a child who has been involved with the County's Child Welfare Services, Probation Department, or Mental Health System because of serious emotional or behavioral problems.

Youth Partner - Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment. Must be able to work as a positive mentor for children. A Bachelor's degree in a Human Service

discipline from an accredited four-year college or university is required.

Candidates must be willing to work with high risk youth and their families. Candidate must be willing to travel to all areas of Kern County to meet with families in their homes. . He/she is also a licensed

driver with automobile insurance in good standing. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills, good organizational skills, and is able to work flexible hours. Training in Wraparound techniques would be an asset, but the appropriate candidate will receive intensive training. Bi-lingual and bi-cultural preferred.
