The two tech giants joined with Microsoft, Samsung, Facebook, Amazon, Fujifilm, RIM, Huawei and others in the 525-million-dollar deal, Kodak said in a statement Wednesday.The transaction was organized by Intellectual Ventures and also includes an agreement to settle current patent-related litigation between the participants and Kodak. It still needs to be approved by the bankruptcy court.//DPA
